Privacy

This site is run by AcuDermSkin, the Grand Cayman practice of Natalia (founder of Beauty & Wellness Clinic, Toronto), at Tropic Centre, 18 Earth Close, Unit 9, West Bay Road, Grand Cayman. This note explains what happens to the details you give us.

What we collect

Only what you type into the booking request form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the treatment you’re interested in, your preferred dates, where you’re staying (optional) and your message.

Why

To reply to your request, arrange your appointment and, where it matters for your safety, plan the treatment. We don’t sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Who handles it

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and forwarded to the clinic by email. Health details you choose to share are seen only by Natalia and used only for your care.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Links to Google Maps take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept only as long as needed to arrange and follow up your appointment, and then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case treatment notes are kept as long as good practice requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. We handle personal data in line with the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act. To ask, send a message through the booking form.
