Booking

The form on this site sends a request, not a booking. An appointment is confirmed only when Natalia replies and you agree a day and time. Pricing is shared before anything is confirmed; nothing is charged through this site.

Changing or cancelling

If your plans change, please let us know as early as you can so the time can go to someone else. Any cancellation terms are explained when your appointment is confirmed.

Your health

Please tell us about anything that could affect your treatment, such as pregnancy, a pacemaker or other implant, recent dental work, fillers or facial surgery, or a skin or jaw condition. Natalia may adapt or decline a treatment if it isn’t safe or suitable.

What the treatments are, and aren’t

Qi Beauty and the Face Up Method are non-invasive cosmetic and relaxation treatments. They don’t diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition and are not a substitute for medical or dental care. The Face Up Method is not registered massage therapy. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed; before-and-after photos show individual clients of the Markham clinic.
